Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Quincy Center MBTA Station, exit the station and head southwest on Hancock Street. Continue on Hancock Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street and walk for about 0.2 miles. You will come to the Quincy Adams MBTA Station. From there, take the Braintree branch of the Red Line towards Alewife. Get off at the North Quincy Station. After exiting the station, head south on Newport Avenue towards the waterfront. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the end of Newport Avenue, where it meets the shoreline. Turn right onto Miwra Haul Road, and you will find Squantum Point Park on your left within a short walk.

    From the Wollaston MBTA Station, take the Braintree branch of the Red Line towards Alewife. Get off at the North Quincy Station. After exiting the station, walk south on Newport Avenue towards the water. Continue straight for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the end of Newport Avenue. Turn right onto Miwra Haul Road, and Squantum Point Park will be just a short walk ahead on your left.

    If you have a bike and are starting from Quincy Center, exit the station and ride southwest on Hancock Street. Continue to Washington Street and take a right. Follow Washington Street for a short distance before turning left onto Newport Avenue, which will lead you towards North Quincy. After about a mile, turn right onto Miwra Haul Road. Squantum Point Park will be on your left. The ride is approximately 2 miles and will take around 10-15 minutes.
