From the bus stop, walk east on America’s Cup Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Storer Park, which will be on your left.
Ferry

Head to the New Bedford Ferry Terminal located on 1 Ferry Terminal Drive. Take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and then transfer to the ferry heading to Newport, RI. After arriving at the Newport Ferry Terminal, head north on Washington Street, then take a left on America’s Cup Avenue. Walk about 0.4 miles to reach Storer Park on your right.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in New Bedford. Head south on Purchase Street and continue until you reach the bike path that leads to the waterfront. Follow the path to the east towards the East Bay Bike Path. This will take you directly to Newport, RI. Once you reach Newport, continue on the bike path until you reach Storer Park.
Walking

If you prefer walking, start at the New Bedford Whaling Museum. Head north on Johnny Cake Hill, then take a right on Union Street. Continue until you reach the waterfront, then follow the path along the harbor towards the south until you reach the ferry terminal. From there, you can take the ferry to Newport, RI. Once in Newport, walk east on America’s Cup Avenue for approximately 0.5 miles to find Storer Park on your left.
