Public Bus
From Waltham, walk to the nearest bus stop for the 70 or 70A bus route. Board the bus heading towards Alewife Station. Ride the bus until you reach the Alewife Station, then transfer to the Red Line subway towards Ashmont/Braintree. After 5 stops, get off at Park Street Station. From Park Street, transfer to the Green Line and board a train towards Copley. Get off at Copley Station. Exit the station and walk northeast on Boylston Street for about 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Marlborough Street, and the First Church in Boston will be on your right at 66 Marlborough St.

Commuter Rail
Walk to the Waltham commuter rail station and purchase a ticket to South Station. Board the train and enjoy the ride for about 25 minutes until you arrive at South Station. Once there, exit the station and walk to the nearby Park Street Station to catch the Green Line subway. Board a train towards Copley and get off at Copley Station. From the station, exit and head northeast on Boylston Street for about 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Marlborough Street, and you will find the First Church in Boston at 66 Marlborough St.

If you are already in Waltham and prefer to walk, head towards Main Street. From Main Street, walk east until you reach the intersection with Moody Street. Continue on Moody Street until you reach the Waltham commuter rail station. Follow the same instructions as the Commuter Rail guidance, first taking the commuter rail to South Station, then transferring to the Green Line to get to Copley Station.
