    Getting There

    Walking

    From the center of Bel Ombre, head east towards the main road (Coastal Road). Once you reach the Coastal Road, turn right and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass by several local shops and restaurants along the way. Keep walking until you reach the junction with the B9 road, then turn left onto B9. Continue straight until you see the signs for Mahébourg. Follow the signs, and after about 3 kilometers, you'll arrive at the Mahébourg Waterfront, which is located on your right.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From Bel Ombre, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Coastal Road. Look for a bus heading towards Mahébourg; these buses are frequent. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you are heading to Mahébourg Waterfront. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Mahébourg bus station. From there, walk towards the waterfront, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. Follow the road signs, and you'll see the waterfront straight ahead.

    Bicycle (Rental)

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Bel Ombre. Start by cycling east towards the Coastal Road. Once you reach the Coastal Road, turn right and continue to follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. After reaching the junction with B9, turn left onto B9. Keep cycling straight for about 3 kilometers, and you will see the signs for Mahébourg. The Mahébourg Waterfront will be on your right. There are bike racks available at the waterfront for you to park your bicycle.
