Walking
Start from the center of Black River at the main bus stop. Head south on Royal Road towards the coast, then turn left onto La Preneuse Road. Follow La Preneuse Road for about 1.5 km until you reach the T-junction. At the junction, continue straight onto the path that leads to the nature reserve. Follow the signs to Mayfield Falls & Mineral Springs, which is about a 30-minute walk from here. The path is well marked, and you'll enjoy beautiful scenery along the way.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Black River. Begin at the main bus station and ride south on Royal Road. After about 1 km, turn left onto La Preneuse Road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the T-junction, then veer right onto the path leading to the nature reserve. Follow the signs to Mayfield Falls & Mineral Springs. The total distance is around 3 km, and it should take about 15-20 minutes to reach the destination.

From Black River, head to the main bus stop and catch a local bus heading to the nearest village (ask locals for the right bus). After a short ride, get off at the nearest stop, then walk towards the direction of Mayfield Falls, which will be approximately a 20-minute walk from the bus stop. Make sure to ask the bus driver or locals for guidance to ensure you get off at the correct stop.
