If you are starting from the Caudan Waterfront, exit the waterfront area and head towards the main road, Rue Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam. Walk along this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rue du Vieux Conseil. Turn left onto Rue du Vieux Conseil. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Photographic Museum of Mauritius on your left.
