Bus
From Cancun, head to the nearest bus terminal, which is ADO (located at Avenida 5, near the main tourist area). Purchase a ticket to Puerto Morelos. The bus ride takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Puerto Morelos, you will get off at the main bus station. From there, you can walk to National Reef Park by heading east on Avenida Javier Rojo Gómez until you reach Rafael E. Melgar. Turn right, and the park entrance will be on your left.

Taxi
You can take a taxi directly from your hotel in Cancun to National Reef Park in Puerto Morelos. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start your journey. The ride will take about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the park on Rafael E. Melgar.

Shared Shuttle
Book a shared shuttle service from your hotel or a shuttle company in Cancun that offers transfers to Puerto Morelos. The shuttle will pick you up from your hotel and take you directly to the park. The journey takes roughly 30 to 45 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the entrance of National Reef Park.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Cancun. Head south along the coastal road (Carretera 307) towards Puerto Morelos. The ride is approximately 30 kilometers and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Puerto Morelos, follow signs to the beach area, and you will find the National Reef Park at Rafael E. Melgar.
