Walking
From the center of Punta Esmeralda, head southwest towards the beachfront. Walk along the beach until you reach the main road, Carretera Chetumal. This should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you reach the road, turn left and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will see the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda on your right side, just past the Punta Esmeralda public beach access.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Punta Esmeralda. Once you have your bicycle, ride towards the beach and then onto Carretera Chetumal. Cycle along the road for about 10-15 minutes. BlueBay Grand Esmeralda will be on your right. Remember to wear a helmet for safety.

For a quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Punta Esmeralda. Simply flag down a taxi or ask your hotel to call one for you. Provide the driver with the address: Carretera Chetumal, Puerto Juarez Km. 300, 77710 Playa del Carmen. The taxi ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost approximately 50-80 MXN.

You can also use a colectivo (shared van). Locate the nearest colectivo stop in Punta Esmeralda. Board a colectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen and ask the driver to drop you off near BlueBay Grand Esmeralda. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes, and the fare is typically around 30 MXN.
