Getting There

• Public Bus

  From your location in Cancun, head to the nearest bus stop. Look for a bus that is heading toward the Hotel Zone and specifically look for buses labeled 'R1' or 'R2'. These buses run frequently and will take you along Blvd. Kukulcan. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop near Kilómetro 16.5, which is roughly 5-10 minutes from the main tourist areas of the Hotel Zone. Once you get off, walk towards the beach area and you will see signs for Puerto Maya Cancún.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your hotel or current location in Cancun. Simply inform the driver that you want to go to Puerto Maya Cancún, located at Blvd. Kukulcan Kilómetro 16.296 in the Hotel Zone. The taxi ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure that the taxi uses a meter or agree on a fare before starting your journey.

• Hotel Shuttle

  If you are staying close to the Hotel Zone, you might consider walking to Puerto Maya Cancún. Head towards Blvd. Kukulcan and walk along the main road.
