By Car
If you are driving from San Cristóbal de las Casas, take the Carretera Federal 190 towards Chiapas Highlands. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the intersection with Carretera a Zinacantán (signposted). Turn left onto this road and follow the signs for Zinacantán. After approximately 5 km, you will enter the town. Once in Zinacantán, follow C. Juan Sabines Guerrero in the Zona Centro area until you find Artesanías Zinancantan on your right. Parking is typically available along the streets.

By Public Transportation
To reach Artesanías Zinancantan via public transportation from San Cristóbal de las Casas, head to the main bus terminal (Terminal de Autobuses). Look for the buses heading to Zinacantán; these are often marked as 'Zinacantán' or 'Zinacantán - San Cristóbal'. The fare is around 20-30 MXN. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Zinacantán, exit the bus and walk towards the center of town. Follow C. Juan Sabines Guerrero, and you'll find Artesanías Zinancantan on your right.

If you prefer not to take a bus, you can hire a taxi from San Cristóbal de las Casas directly to Zinacantán. This option may cost between 200-300 MXN depending on negotiation and time of day. The taxi will take you directly to C. Juan Sabines Guerrero in Zona Centro. After arriving, you can walk along the street to find Artesanías Zinancantan easily.
