Walking

If you are in downtown Cozumel, head towards the ferry terminal. From the terminal, walk along Avenida 5 sur until you reach the intersection with Avenida 15. Turn left onto Avenida 15 and continue walking until you reach the main road. You will then need to take a ferry to Playa del Carmen. Once you arrive in Playa del Carmen, you can catch a taxi or use a rideshare service to get to Condominio Playacar. Ferry and Taxi

Begin your journey at the Cozumel ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Playa del Carmen. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. After arriving in Playa del Carmen, exit the ferry terminal and head to the taxi stand located just outside the terminal. Inform the taxi driver that you want to go to Condominio Playacar, which is located on P.º Xaman - Ha. From your location in Cozumel, walk to the ferry terminal and take a ferry to Playa del Carmen. After disembarking, look for the ADO bus terminal across the street from the ferry terminal.
