Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Turn left (north) onto Avenida Rafael E. Melgar and walk along the waterfront for approximately 5 minutes. The Coral Reefs Monument is located at Avenida General, Av. Rafael E. Melgar 101, directly on your right side. Look for the colorful monument that stands out against the backdrop of the ocean.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around San Miguel. Once you have your bike, head southeast towards Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Follow this road north along the coast for about 15 minutes. You will see the Coral Reefs Monument on your right. Ensure you follow the bike lanes where available for safety.

For a more local experience, you can take a public bus. Look for the buses that run along Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Board any bus heading towards the north side of the island. Tell the driver you are going to 'Monumento de los Arrecifes.' The fare is typically around 10 pesos. After a short ride, get off when you see the monument on the right. The bus stops at various points, so be sure to keep an eye out for the landmark.
