Getting There

    If you are starting from the Guadalajara Cathedral (Catedral de Guadalajara), head east on Avenida 16 de Septiembre for about 3 blocks until you reach Avenida Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla. Turn right (south) on Avenida Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see the Palacio Municipal de Guadalajara on your left, just after passing Plaza de Armas.

  • Public Transportation

    From the Main Bus Terminal (Central de Autobuses), take bus number 1 or 3 heading towards the city center. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Catedral de Guadalajara stop. Once you disembark, walk east along Avenida 16 de Septiembre for about 3 blocks. Turn right on Avenida Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and walk for about 5 minutes. The Palacio Municipal de Guadalajara will be on your left.

  • Metro

    If you are near a Metro station, take Line 2 (the red line) and get off at the San Juan de Dios station. From there, exit the station and head southeast on Calle de San Juan de Dios. After about 2 blocks, turn left on Avenida 16 de Septiembre. Walk for about 3 blocks and turn right onto Avenida Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla. Continue for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Palacio Municipal de Guadalajara on your left.
