From the main bus terminal or any central location in Guadalajara, look for a bus that has a route passing through Centro Historico. Many buses (like those with routes to 'Centro') will drop you near the historic center. You can ask the bus driver to let you off at the closest stop to Plaza de Armas. Once you are at Plaza de Armas, walk east on Av. Hidalgo for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto C. José María Morelos. Continue for about 2 minutes, and you will reach Parroquia El Sagrario Metropolitano at C. José María Morelos 348.
