If you are in the central area of Zihuatanejo, you can walk to the main dock located at the waterfront. From the main square (Plaza Municipal), head towards the beach. Once you reach the beach, turn left and follow the shoreline until you reach the dock. This walk should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.

Public Transport (Bus)
From anywhere in Zihuatanejo, look for a bus heading towards Ixtapa. Buses frequently depart from the main bus terminal or along major streets. The fare is typically around 10-15 MXN. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Calle de Preteles' in Ixtapa. Once you arrive, walk towards the beach and look for signs leading to the dock for the boat rides to Isla de Ixtapa.

If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from your location in Zihuatanejo. Agree on the fare beforehand; it should cost around 80-120 MXN depending on your starting point. Ask the driver to take you to 'Calle de Preteles 20, Pelicanos I, Ixtapa'. From there, it’s a short walk to the dock where the boats depart for Isla de Ixtapa.
