If you are at the Zihuatanejo airport (Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport), exit the terminal and look for the taxi stand. There will be official taxis available. Inform the driver that you want to go to Hotel Ixtapa Palace Resort & Spa located at Paseo de las Garzas Esq. Con, P.º del Rincón S/N in Ixtapa. The ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Bus
From the main bus terminal in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, take a bus that heads towards Ixtapa. You should look for a bus that has 'Ixtapa' written on it. Ride the bus until you reach the Ixtapa beach area. Once you get off, walk towards Paseo de las Garzas Street. Hotel Ixtapa Palace Resort & Spa is located at the corner of Paseo de las Garzas and P.º del Rincón, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are already in the Ixtapa area, you can walk to Hotel Ixtapa Palace Resort & Spa. Start from the Ixtapa Marina and head southeast towards Paseo de las Garzas. Continue walking along Paseo de las Garzas until you reach the intersection with P.º del Rincón. The hotel will be on your left side at the corner. This walk is approximately 20-25 minutes depending on your pace.
