Walking
If you're in the heart of Centro Historico, walking to Alameda Central is straightforward. Start at the Zócalo (Plaza Mayor). From the Zócalo, head north on 16 de Septiembre street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Avenida Juárez. Turn left onto Avenida Juárez and walk for another 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to Alameda Central on your right.

To reach Alameda Central by Metro, locate the nearest Metro station, which is Bellas Artes (Line 2, the Blue Line). Board a train heading towards Tasqueña. After one stop, get off at Bellas Artes station. Upon exiting the station, walk towards Avenida Juárez and turn left. Alameda Central will be on your right.
