Getting There

• Walking

  If you are already in the Xochimilco area, the most straightforward way to reach Trajineras Xochimilco is to walk. Head towards the main canals located near the Xochimilco Metro station. Once you are near the canals, look for the colorful trajineras (boats). Trajineras Xochimilco is located at coordinates 19.2513644, -99.0936718, which you can find by following the canals until you see the vibrant boats. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from most points in the neighborhood.

• Public Transport - Metro

  If you're coming from further away in Mexico City, take the Metro Line 12 (the Golden Line) to the Xochimilco station. Upon exiting the station, look for signs directing you to the local bus terminal or taxis. From the Xochimilco Metro station, you can take a local bus (which costs approximately 10 MXN) or a taxi (which should cost around 50-80 MXN) towards the canals. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at 'Trajineras Xochimilco' or simply point to a map. Once you arrive at the canals, you will see the colorful boats directly.
