From the heart of Barrio Antiguo, start at the Plaza de la Purísima, located on Calle de la Luz. Head northwest on Calle de la Luz until you reach the intersection with Calle José María Morelos. Turn left onto Calle José María Morelos and continue walking. After about 5-10 minutes, you will see the Monumento al Trabajo on your right at José María Morelos 555. The walk is approximately 800 meters and should take around 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer to take public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Calle de la Luz and Calle 5 de Febrero. Catch a bus heading towards Centro Monterrey. Make sure to ask the driver to stop near José María Morelos, as the stop is close to the Monumento al Trabajo. The bus fare is around 10 MXN. After getting off the bus, walk a couple of blocks west on José María Morelos until you reach the monument.
