Walking
From the Zócalo (main square) in Centro Histórico, head east on Calle de Manuel García Vigil. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de Morelos. Turn left onto Calle de Morelos and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenida Juárez. Cross Avenida Juárez and continue on Calle de Morelos until you reach the intersection with Calle Cosijopí. Turn right onto Calle Cosijopí. After a short walk, you will find Barrio Xochimilco at Cosijopí 217, RUTA INDEPENDENCIA.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Zócalo, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida Juárez. Look for a bus heading towards 'RUTA INDEPENDENCIA' or 'Barrio Xochimilco'. The fare for the bus is usually around 8-10 MXN. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Cosijopí 217. From there, it is just a short walk to your destination.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Centro Histórico. Start from the Zócalo and head east towards Avenida Juárez, then follow the same route as walking, but on a bicycle. This option allows you to reach Barrio Xochimilco quickly, and you can park your bike nearby. Rental costs typically range from 50 to 100 MXN per hour.
