From the Zócalo (main square) in Centro Histórico, head southeast on Calle de Independencia. After about 5 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Reforma Sur. Turn left onto Reforma Sur. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you will find the Jardín Etnobotánico de Oaxaca on your right side, just past the RUTA INDEPENDENCIA street. The entrance is well marked.
