    From anywhere in Playa del Carmen, head to the nearest 'collectivo' station, usually located on Calle 2 between 15th and 20th Avenue. Look for a white van marked with 'Tulum' or 'Ejidal'. Board the collectivo and inform the driver you want to go to Cenote Chaak Tun. The fare is typically around 30 pesos. The driver will drop you off near the entrance to the cenote, which is located on Av. Benito Juarez. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes.

    If you prefer a direct route, you can take a taxi. Hail a taxi from the street or ask your hotel to call one for you. Provide the driver with the address: Av.
