If you are in the downtown area of Cozumel, start by heading towards the main square (Plaza Principal). From there, look for Avenida 5 (5th Avenue) and walk south until you reach the intersection with Calle 2. Turn right (west) on Calle 2 and continue until you reach the waterfront. At the waterfront, you can find taxis or collectivos (shared vans) that will take you to Playa del Carmen. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Corporativo Alltournative, located at Carretera Federal Chetumal-Puerto Juarez KM 287 Lote 13 Sur, Ejido Sur.

From your location in Cozumel, head to the main ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, buy a ticket for the ferry to Playa del Carmen, which departs frequently. After arriving in Playa del Carmen, exit the ferry terminal and walk towards the main road (Carretera Federal Chetumal-Puerto Juarez). From there, you can catch a collectivo van heading south. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Corporativo Alltournative, which is located at KM 287 on the highway.
