From central Playa del Carmen, head to the main street, Avenida 5ta. Look for a taxi stand or flag down a collective taxi (shared taxi) that is heading towards Tulum. The collective taxis are usually white vans. Confirm with the driver that they are going to Tulum and that they can drop you off at Cenote Yax-kin. The drive will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to let you off at Carr. Cancún - Tulum where Cenote Yax-kin is located.
