Bus
From Playa del Carmen, head to the ADO bus station located at Avenida 20 and Calle 12. Purchase a ticket to Puerto Aventuras, which is approximately a 20-minute bus ride. Buses run regularly, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. Once you arrive in Puerto Aventuras, exit the bus and walk towards Carretera Federal 307. Chikin Ha is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, heading north along the highway. Look for signs pointing to Chikin Ha as you approach.

Collective Taxi (Colectivo)
Go to the nearest colectivo stand, usually located near the ADO bus station or along Avenida 5. Take a colectivo heading to Tulum or Akumal. Inform the driver or assistant that you want to stop at Chikin Ha. The colectivo will drop you off at the entrance, which is approximately a 25-minute ride. Make sure to have cash ready, as this is the preferred method of payment for colectivos.
