Getting there

Collectivo

From central Playa del Carmen, head to the main collectivo station located on Avenida 5 between Calle 12 and Calle 14. Look for a collectivo heading towards Tulum or Puerto Aventuras. The fare is usually around 30-40 pesos. Once you get on, inform the driver that you want to stop at Chikin Ha, which is located at Carretera Federal 307 Cancún Chetumal Km. 265. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Playa del Carmen. Simply hail a taxi or ask your hotel to call one for you. Tell the driver you want to go to Chikin Ha at Carretera Federal 307 Cancún Chetumal Km. 265. The taxi ride may take around 25 minutes and will typically cost between 200-300 pesos depending on your starting location.

Bike Rental

For a more adventurous option, consider renting a bike. There are many rental shops along Avenida 5. After renting a bike, head south on Avenida 10, then take the bike path that leads towards the highway. Follow the signs for Puerto Aventuras and continue until you reach Carretera Federal 307. Chikin Ha will be along this road. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, so plan accordingly.
