Walking
If you're in the central area of Playa del Carmen, head towards Avenida 5 Norte, which is a main street filled with shops and restaurants. Walk north until you reach Calle 40. Turn left onto Calle 40 and continue walking until you reach Avenida Nte. 35. Turn right onto Avenida Nte. 35, and then take the first left onto Calle Privada Juarez. Continue straight, and you will find Mayan Way Tours at number 40 on your left. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes to walk from Avenida 5 Norte.

Bicycle
If you prefer to rent a bicycle, start from the main beach area (Playa Fundadores) and head north along the beach promenade until you reach Avenida 5 Norte. Take a left and continue until you reach Calle 40. Turn left onto Calle 40 and then right onto Avenida Nte. 35. After that, take a left onto Calle Privada Juarez. Mayan Way Tours will be on your left at number 40. The bike ride should take about 10 minutes.

If you prefer to take a taxi, simply hail one from the street or ask your hotel to call one for you. Tell the driver to take you to 'Calle Privada Juarez, 40 en Avenida Nte. 35, Centro.' The taxi ride from central Playa del Carmen should take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.

You can also take a colectivo (shared van) from the main bus terminal. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Avenida Nte. 35. Once you get off, walk towards Calle Privada Juarez and turn left. Mayan Way Tours will be at number 40. The overall journey should take about 15-20 minutes.
