Walking
If you're staying in the central part of the Hotel Zone, make your way to the main road, Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. Head south towards the beach. When you reach the intersection with Avenida de los Bucaneros, turn right. Continue walking until you reach the beach boardwalk (Malecón). From there, head south along the boardwalk. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach Venustiano Carranza. Turn left on Venustiano Carranza, and you will see Lazaro Cardenas Park on your right.

Locate the nearest bus stop along Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. Look for a bus heading towards 'Centro' or 'Zona Romántica.' The bus fare is approximately 10-12 pesos. Once on the bus, stay on for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Venustiano Carranza and Calle Uruguay. From there, walk a short distance down Venustiano Carranza, and you will find Lazaro Cardenas Park on your left.
