If you are in the Old Town area of Puerto Vallarta, head towards the beach along Olas Altas Street. Continue straight until you reach the Malecón, which is the famous boardwalk along the coastline. Once you reach the Malecón, turn left and walk north along the boardwalk. The Río Cuale Pedestrian Bridge will be visible shortly after you start walking. It is a beautiful bridge that connects the Malecón with the Cuale Island, an area worth exploring.

Find a bus stop along the main road, such as Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. You can catch a bus marked 'Centro' or 'Old Town'. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Malecón. The bus will drop you off near the Malecón. From there, walk towards the beach, and you will see the Río Cuale Pedestrian Bridge nearby.
