From Zona Romantica, head north on Calle Ignacio L. Vallarta towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the Malecón (the waterfront boardwalk). Turn left (west) and walk along the Malecón, enjoying the ocean views. After about 1.5 km (approximately 20 minutes), you will reach the end of the Malecón, where you will find the marina area. Continue straight until you reach Mástil 121, Marina Vallarta. This is a pleasant walk, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

From Zona Romantica, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida México, near the intersection with Calle Olas Altas. Take the bus marked 'Marina' or 'Marina Vallarta'. The fare is around 10-12 MXN (approximately $0.50 USD). The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Marina Vallarta, and walk to Mástil 121. Be sure to have some coins ready for the fare.
Taxi
For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Zona Romantica to Marina Puerto Vallarta. You can catch a taxi at any taxi stand or the nearest hotel. The fare should be around 100-150 MXN (approximately $5-8 USD) depending on traffic. Make sure to tell the driver your destination: 'Mástil 121, Marina Vallarta'.
