Walking
If you're in the heart of Zona Romantica, head towards the waterfront promenade, known as the Malecon. Walk north along the Malecon until you reach the intersection with Avenida de las Garzas. At this point, you should see signs pointing towards Zona Hotelera. Continue walking straight on Avenida de las Garzas for about 10-15 minutes. The ORO beach is located at Av. de las Garzas 3, right beside the main hotel area. Look for beach access points along the way, and you'll find a path leading to the beach.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Zona Romantica, you can take a local bus heading north along the coast. Find a bus stop on the main road (Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio) and board the bus marked 'Zona Hotelera' or 'Marina.' The fare is around 10-12 MXN (less than $1 USD). Request the driver to stop at Avenida de las Garzas, which is close to your destination. Once you disembark, head towards the beach. The ORO beach is a short walk from the bus stop.

For a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Zona Romantica. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Av. de las Garzas 3, Zona Hotelera.' The fare should be around 80-100 MXN (approximately $4-5 USD), depending on your starting point. Taxis in Puerto Vallarta do not have meters, so it's advisable to confirm the fare before getting in. Once you arrive, you will be right at the ORO beach.
