If you are driving from Playa del Carmen, take the Carretera 307 (Highway 307) north towards Cancún. Continue for approximately 68 kilometers (about 42 miles) until you reach Cancún. As you approach the city, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera). You will need to exit at the Boulevard Kukulcan. Follow Boulevard Kukulcan for about 11 kilometers (7 miles). Mirador Dos Cancún is located at Kukulkan 51, within the Hotel Zone. Look for parking areas nearby, as there are free parking lots available.
