Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Playa del Carmen, take the Carretera 307 (Highway 307) north towards Cancún. Continue for approximately 60 kilometers (about 37 miles). When you reach Cancún, follow signs for Zona Hotelera. Take the exit towards Punta Nizuc, and continue straight until you reach Punta Nizuc - Cancún 335. Look for parking options nearby, as parking in the Hotel Zone may incur a fee.

• Public Transportation - ADO Bus

  From Playa del Carmen, take an ADO bus heading to Cancún. The bus station is located on Avenida 2 between calles 12 and 14. Buses run frequently, and the ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Cancún bus terminal, you can take a taxi or a local bus to the Zona Hotelera. Look for the bus labeled 'Zona Hotelera' and confirm with the driver that it will take you to Punta Nizuc. The bus fare is around 12-15 MXN (about $0.60 USD).

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a direct route, you can take a taxi or use rideshare services like Uber from any location in Riviera Maya to Playa el mirador. From Playa del Carmen, the fare may range between 600-800 MXN (approximately $30-$40 USD), depending on traffic and time of day. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip.

• Local Bus

  Once in Cancún, you can also catch a local bus from downtown to the Hotel Zone. The buses are frequent and cost around 12-15 MXN (about $0.60 USD). Make sure to ask the driver for the stop closest to Punta Nizuc or use a map application to track your route.
