Delicious way to spend the afternoon!
Whether alone, with your partner, or with a group, the Empress of Cheese experience is not to be missed. Heed the warning to come hungry! After tasting perhaps 16 different types of cheeses in various forms (baked feta with tomatoes, goat cheese panna cotta, marinated Gouda with lemon peel, and an assortment of artisan cheeses from the area), there was no need for dinner. Tonya does an excellent job curating the selection and educating the group on the finer points of cheese making and presentation.
