Public Bus
From downtown Tijuana, head to the Tijuana Bus Station (Central de Autobuses) located at Avenida 2da. and Calle 8va. Take the bus labeled 'San Ysidro' or 'Otay Mesa' and purchase a ticket. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Ysidro border crossing, walk through the pedestrian crossing to enter the United States. After crossing, you will be at the San Ysidro Transit Center.

At the San Ysidro Transit Center, transfer to the San Diego Trolley (Blue Line) heading towards 'Old Town'. Ride the trolley for about 30 minutes until you reach 'Old Town' station. From Old Town, transfer to the 'Green Line' trolley towards Santee, and get off at 'Mission Valley Center' station.
