Bicycle
From Tulum town center, head north on Avenida Tulum. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Cobá. Turn left onto Avenida Cobá and follow it until you reach the junction with Carretera Tulum-Cobá. Turn right and continue on this road for approximately 20 minutes. Look for signs indicating Puerto Aventuras. Once you arrive at Puerto Aventuras, follow the signs to Caleta Xel Ha. Condo Portofino is located at 102H in Caleta Xel Ha, which is near the marina.

Collectivo
From Tulum, go to the main bus station or the collectivo pickup area on Avenida Tulum. Look for a collectivo heading towards Playa del Carmen. Get on the collectivo and inform the driver that you want to get off at Puerto Aventuras. The drive should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Puerto Aventuras, ask the driver or locals for directions to Caleta Xel Ha. Condo Portofino is located at 102H, which is a short walk from the main entrance of the marina.
