    If you're in downtown Tulum, rent a bicycle from one of the many shops available. Head north on Avenida Tulum until you reach the intersection with Carretera Federal (the main highway). Turn left on Carretera Federal and continue cycling for approximately 6 kilometers. You will see signs for Zona Hotelera; keep an eye out for the entrance to Temple 54 on your right, just before you reach Km 230.

    If you're feeling adventurous and up for a longer walk, start from the Tulum town center. Make your way to Avenida Tulum and head north until you reach the intersection with Carretera Federal.
