The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The colectivo will drop you off at the main road in Tulum, from where you can either walk or take a taxi to your specific destination in Tulum.

    Locate the ADO bus station in Playa del Carmen, which is on Avenida 5 between Calle 12 and Calle 14. Purchase a ticket to Tulum at the counter or online via the ADO website. Buses to Tulum leave regularly throughout the day, and the trip will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the ADO bus station in Tulum, you can take a taxi to the archaeological site or your hotel in Tulum.
