Getting there

Walking

If you are staying in the central area of Holbox Island, you can easily walk to Mr. Happy. From the main square (Plaza Principal), head south on Avenida Pedro Joaquin Coldwell, then turn right onto Avenida Damero. Continue straight until you see 'Guarderia Elvirita' on your left; Mr. Happy is right next to it. The distance is approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

Bicycle

Bicycles are a popular way to get around Holbox Island. You can rent a bicycle from various shops near the main square. Once you have your bike, head south on Avenida Pedro Joaquin Coldwell, then take a right onto Avenida Damero. Pedal straight until you reach 'Guarderia Elvirita', where Mr. Happy is located. This bike ride should take around 5-10 minutes.

Golf Cart

Golf carts are a common mode of transportation on Holbox Island. You can rent one from numerous rental services near the main square. From your starting point, drive south on Avenida Pedro Joaquin Coldwell and turn right onto Avenida Damero. Follow the road until you arrive at 'Guarderia Elvirita', next to which Mr. Happy is located. This journey will take about 5 minutes, depending on traffic.

Taxi

If you prefer a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi. Taxis are readily available throughout Holbox. Simply request to go to 'Guarderia Elvirita' on Avenida Damero. The taxi fare is relatively low, usually around 30-50 pesos, and the ride will take about 5 minutes.
