Continue along the river until you reach the intersection with the M-13 North bridge. Cross the bridge and follow M-13 (also known as Center Avenue) north for about 3 miles. Once you reach the Kawkawlin area, look for signs directing you to Tobico Marsh Big Loop. The Observation Tower 2 is located within the park area and is easily visible from the main path.
