From there, walk east along Aloha Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance of Meijer Gardens. The American Horse is located within the gardens.

Starting from downtown Grand Rapids, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs. Head northeast on the White Pine Trail, which will take you towards the Beltline Avenue. Once you reach the E Beltline Ave NE, turn left and continue biking for about 10 minutes. You will see Meijer Gardens on your right. Park your bike at the designated bike racks and enjoy the gardens, where The American Horse is located.

If you are near the Grand Rapids Art Museum, walk north on Ottawa Avenue NW towards Lyon Street NW. Turn right on Lyon Street NW and continue until you reach the E Beltline Ave NE. Turn left and walk along the E Beltline Ave NE for about 35 minutes. You will see Meijer Gardens on your left. The American Horse is within the gardens, so head inside to see the sculpture.
