If you're traveling by car, take US-41 North from any location in the Lower Peninsula. Follow US-41 until you reach Marquette, MI. Once you arrive in Marquette, turn left onto N Lakeshore Blvd. Continue for about 1 mile, and the Marquette Harbor Lighthouse will be on your right at 300 N Lakeshore Blvd. There is free parking available nearby.

For those using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus or a local transit service to Marquette. The nearest bus station is in Marquette, located at 1000 N Third St. From the bus station, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 miles) or take a local taxi or rideshare service to the lighthouse. To walk, head east on N Third St, turn left onto W Washington St, then turn right onto N Lakeshore Blvd. Follow N Lakeshore Blvd for about 1.5 miles until you reach the lighthouse. If you choose to take a taxi, expect to pay around $10 for the ride.
