From the main ferry dock on Mackinac Island, head southeast on Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Fort Street. Turn left onto Fort Street. McGulpin House is located at 1575 Fort St, about a 10-15 minute walk from the dock. Look for the large historical sign in front of the house.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start at the main ferry dock and ride southeast on Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Fort Street. Turn left onto Fort Street and bike directly to 1575 Fort St. The ride should take approximately 5-10 minutes, and be sure to follow the bike paths for safety.
