From the Main Street area, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops along the street. Once you have your bike, ride towards the Mackinac Island State Park entrance. Keep following the bike paths that lead into the park. Look for signs directing you to Anne's Tablet Trail. It's a scenic ride through the park, and you should be able to reach the Somewhere In Time Gazebo in about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.
