Start your journey at the Marquette Commons located at 112 S Third St, Marquette, MI 49855. From the commons, head south on Third St towards the intersection with Baraga Ave. Turn left onto Baraga Ave and walk east until you reach N Third St. Continue straight on N Third St, which will become Lakeshore Blvd. Follow Lakeshore Blvd along the shoreline of Lake Superior, enjoying the scenic views. After about 1.5 miles, keep an eye out for signs indicating the trailhead for Gold Mine Falls, which is located near the intersection with County Road 550. Look for a small parking area and trail entrance on your right.

Begin your bike ride at the Marquette Bike Path, accessible from various points in Marquette, including the Marquette Commons. Head north on the bike path that runs parallel to the shoreline. Continue biking for approximately 3 miles until you reach the end of the bike path. At the end, you’ll join up with County Road 550. Turn left and follow the road until you spot the trailhead for Gold Mine Falls on your left. There should be a small parking area and a clearly marked trail leading to the falls.

Start at the downtown transit center located at 300 N Third St, Marquette, MI 49855. Take the Route 1 bus towards the County Road 550 area. Disembark at the closest stop to County Road 550. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles along County Road 550 until you reach the marked trailhead for Gold Mine Falls on your left.
