If you are starting from downtown Muskegon, take the Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) bus route 1 from the Muskegon Transit Center, located at 900 Third St. Board the bus heading towards Lakeshore Drive. After approximately 20-25 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Channel Drive. From there, it’s a short walk to Pere Marquette Park. Head east on Channel Drive for about 0.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to the park on your right side.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in downtown Muskegon. Once you have a bike, head west on W Western Ave until you reach Lakeshore Drive. Turn right on Lakeshore Drive and follow it north along the shoreline. Continue cycling for about 2 miles until you reach Channel Drive. Turn left onto Channel Drive, and in about 0.5 miles, you will see Pere Marquette Park on your right.

For those who prefer walking, starting from downtown Muskegon, walk north on Western Ave towards the lake. Continue straight until you reach Lakeshore Drive. Turn left onto Channel Drive, and after a short walk of about 0.5 miles, you will arrive at Pere Marquette Park, located at 3510 Channel Dr.
