Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes; you will need to get off at the stop near the intersection of 4th Street and Jefferson Street. From there, walk east on Jefferson Street for a few blocks until you reach the Jefferson Historic District. The district is located around the coordinates 43.2198906, -86.2470662.
