If you are starting from downtown Muskegon, head to the Muskegon Transit Center located at 900 Third St, Muskegon, MI 49440. From there, take the #4 bus (Muskegon Heights) and ride for about 15 minutes. Disembark at the stop near the intersection of Campus Avenue and E. Apple Avenue. From the bus stop, walk north along Campus Avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the historic district.

If you are in the vicinity of Muskegon Community College, you can walk to the Campus Avenue Historic District. Head south on Quarterline Road towards E. Apple Avenue. Turn left onto E. Apple Avenue and continue until you reach Campus Avenue. Turn right on Campus Avenue and walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the historic district. This route takes you through a pleasant neighborhood.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Lakeshore Trail near Muskegon Lake. Follow the trail south until you reach the intersection with E. Apple Avenue. Turn left onto E.
