From Detroit, take I-75 N for approximately 260 miles. Continue on I-75 N until you reach exit 337 for Mackinaw City. Merge onto US-23 N, then follow the signs for Mackinaw City. Once in Mackinaw City, turn onto N Huron Ave. Colonial Michilimackinac will be located at 800 N Huron Ave. There is a parking lot available for visitors, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

If traveling by bus, Greyhound offers services to Mackinaw City from various locations in Southeast Michigan. Book your ticket online or at a local Greyhound station.
