If you are starting from downtown Duluth, head east on W 1st St toward S Lake Ave. Continue on W 1st St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W 4th St. Turn left onto W 4th St and walk for another 0.2 miles. Then, turn right onto N 14th Ave E and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will see Congdon Park on your left side at the address 411 W First St, Duluth, MN 55802.
