Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the downtown area of Duluth, head north on Lake Avenue toward East 1st Street. Continue on Lake Avenue until you reach East 4th Street, then turn left. Walk west until you reach the intersection with 4th Avenue East, and turn right. Continue on 4th Avenue East until you reach East 8th Street. Turn left and proceed to the intersection with 8th Avenue East. Turn right and head up the hill. As you walk, you will see signs directing you toward Enger Park. Follow the signs for about a mile, and you will arrive at the entrance of Enger Park, located at 1601 Enger Tower Dr.

• Public Transit

  From downtown Duluth, you can take the DTA bus route 11 toward the 'West Duluth' direction. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on Lake Avenue. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at East 8th Street and 14th Avenue East. From there, you will need to walk. Head west on East 8th Street until you reach Enger Tower Drive. Turn left onto Enger Tower Drive and follow it up to the park entrance at 1601 Enger Tower Dr. The walk from the bus stop to the park is about 0.5 miles.

• Biking

  If you are biking, start from downtown Duluth and take the Lakewalk bike path heading north. When you reach the intersection with 21st Avenue East, go uphill. Continue on 21st Avenue East until you reach East 8th Street. Turn left onto East 8th Street, and then take a right onto Enger Tower Drive. Follow Enger Tower Drive until you arrive at the entrance of Enger Park at 1601 Enger Tower Dr. The total biking distance is about 2 miles.
